These terms apply to your use of Monami (the "site"), operated by Jose Galvez, Birger Jarlsgatan 57 C, 113 56 Stockholm, Sweden("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is
Monami is a free calendar of new products ("drops") released by fashion brands. We check brands' public online stores regularly and list new pieces with a small image, name, price and a link to the brand's own store.
- We are not a shop. We don't sell products, take payments or handle orders, deliveries or returns.
- Any purchase you make happens on the brand's own website, under that brand's terms.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands we list, unless we say so.
Accuracy
We collect information automatically and it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices are converted into your currency using daily exchange rates and are estimates only. The real price, taxes, shipping and availability in your country are set by the brand on its own site, which is where any purchase happens. Always check the brand's own site before buying.
Your use of the site
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish the site's content in bulk, or use automated tools to access it beyond normal browsing;
- interfere with the site, its security or its servers;
- send false, abusive or spam submissions through our forms;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Brand suggestions
When you suggest a brand, you give us permission to use the information you send (the website and any note) to review and add the brand. We may decide not to add any brand, for any reason.
Accounts and newsletter
If you create an account or sign up for our weekly email, you're responsible for the email address you give us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.
Intellectual property
Brand names, logos, product names and product images belong to their owners. We show small images and short details only to point you to the brand's store, and we link every piece back to its source. The site's own design, text and code belong to us. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, see our brand and content policy.
Links to other sites
The site links to brands' websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your purchases from brands, from relying on information on the site, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll give notice on the site or by email to account holders.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
